Welcome to Koranli. By creating an account, booking a repair, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide appliance diagnostic and repair services. Availability depends on technician schedules and the service areas we cover. We will tell you before booking if your address falls outside our coverage.
2. Appointments
You agree to provide accurate contact and address details and to give the technician safe access to the appliance at the scheduled time. Rescheduling and cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy, which is shown before you confirm a booking.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before booking confirmation. If additional parts or labor are needed, we will tell you the revised cost and proceed only with your approval. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
4. Warranty
Completed repairs may carry a limited warranty, shown in your account and on your invoice. The warranty covers the specific repair performed; unrelated faults, misuse, and damage from other causes are excluded.
5. Parts orders and delivery
Parts purchased through our storefront are shipped by third-party carriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns follow the policy shown at checkout.
6. SMS messaging terms (Koranli SMS Notifications)
By providing your phone number and opting in during booking or account registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from Koranli LLC.
- Program: Koranli SMS Notifications — appointment confirmations and reminders, service and order status updates, payment receipts, and account notifications such as verification codes. Messages relate solely to your own service request or account.
- Opt-in: you enter your phone number on koranli.com and verify it with a one-time passcode. Consent is recorded with your service request.
- Message frequency: varies with your activity — typically one to several messages per service request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time. We send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply START to rejoin.

- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We send only our own transactional and service messages — no third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
7. Acceptable use
Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity is prohibited and may result in suspension of your account.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
