We collect the information you give us when you book a repair or create an account: your name, phone number, email address, service address, appliance details, and the history of your service requests. When you pay online, payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform appliance repairs, dispatch technicians, communicate about appointments and orders, process payments, honor warranties, and improve our services. We also use it to meet legal and tax obligations.
3. SMS communications, consent, and mobile information
When you opt in to SMS messaging — for example, by providing and verifying your phone number when booking a repair or creating an account on koranli.com — we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, service and order updates, payment receipts, and account notifications such as verification codes. These are transactional messages about your own service request only.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 4. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed to deliver the service: with the assigned technician (name, address, appointment details), with our payment processor to take payment, with delivery carriers when parts are shipped, and with service providers who operate our platform under contract. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Data retention and security
Data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit (TLS) and — for sensitive fields — at rest. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by tax and consumer-protection law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
